By accessing and using ArtStudio.LK, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on ArtStudio.LK's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Products and Services

Artwork Sales

All artwork sold through ArtStudio.LK is original, handcrafted by Samantha Chen. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations from photos displayed on the website.

Custom Orders

Custom artwork orders are subject to the following terms:

  • A detailed consultation will be conducted before work begins
  • Custom orders require a 50% deposit before work commences
  • Completion time varies based on complexity (typically 2-6 weeks)
  • Minor revisions are included; major changes may incur additional fees
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before shipping (except custom orders)
  • We accept bank transfers and other specified payment methods
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package size
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Samantha Chen and ArtStudio.LK. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ArtStudio.LK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
